RETURNS
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send items back without first requesting a return, or they won’t be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (like beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

EU 3-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason.
As above, items must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

REFUNDS
We’ll notify you when we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take extra time to process the refund.
